Richard O. Heath
Vice President of Operations
Richard originally joined Mesh Networks in the Marketing/Sales organization in 2010 and has progressed through the organization since that time. His professional history has focused on the Information Technology field by both training and experience and has had a 42 year career as a successful I.T. specialist, consultant and Manager. Richard’s career started with Shell Oil Company where he enjoyed a 33 year tenure including 20+ years in varied management positions in both the financial and I.T. areas. As a Senior Project Manager at Shell, he managed projects with budgets ranging from $3 million to $30 million with a 100% successful completion record.
Following retirement from Shell Oil Company, he was Director of Operations for HousTek Solutions Group, designing and implementing project management methodologies as well as managing technical teams deployed at customer sites. Richard received his Baccalaureate Degree from Oregon State University in Marketing and Computer Science and his Masters in Project Management from George Washington University.
Robert S. May
Chief Financial Officer
Robert S. May is an independent investor with active direct investments in oil and gas exploration and production, oil and gas field services, broadband, commercial facilities management, and real estate. In late 2006, Mr. May left the GHK Companies where he had served as the General Manager for 15 years and the Chief Financial Officer for the four previous years. The GHK Companies are a group of Oklahoma-based companies that deal primarily in the exploration and production of oil and gas and private equity investments. Prior to the GHK Companies, Mr. May served as President of Search Drilling Co., a Wichita, Kansas based oil and gas producer and contract driller.
Mr. May began his professional career as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young). Mr. May currently serves as the Manager of Foxborough Management Company, LLC which manages several investment funds that utilize Oklahoma investment tax credits and Mr. May is the Manager of Foxborough Energy Company, LLC and Red Oak One GP, LLC, that both own or operate oil and gas properties. Mr. May is also the Manager of Foxborough Wise Disposal Company, LLC, Foxborough Kingfisher Disposal Company, LLC, and Montgomery County Environmental Solutions, LLC, all of whom are involved in the disposal of oil and gas or industrial waste. Mr. May also serves as the Chairman and President of Facilities Performance Group, LLC, an Atlanta, Georgia based commercial facilities management company that counts Fedex, City of Tulsa International Airport, Southwest Tennessee Community College, Nucor Steel, Tenaris Steel, and Kentucky Utilities among its customers.
